Fire Works Pizzeria: Best Gluten-Free Ever

A photo of the entrance to Fireworks Pizzeria in Arlington is displayed.
On April 13, a friend and I visited Fireworks Pizzeria in Courthouse. While I love to try new places, when I find something good, I have to go back. That is how I feel about Fire Works. This was my sixth visit in three months. There are 15 specialty pizzas to choose from, or you can design your own. I am not certain if the sausage that comes on some of the specialty pizzas is gluten-free, but the waiters are quite knowledgeable and should be able to answer your questions.

My go-to pizza is the “Siciliana,” which comes with eggplant, grilled artichokes, spinach, olives, grana padano, roast garlic, and olive oil. Be sure to request the gluten-free cust. The pizza is like the saying for Maxwell House coffee, “Good to the last drop (or crumb in this case).”

Guess what? If you have any room left in your stomach, the Cookie Dough Sundae is gluten-free. Buon appetito!
